Gravity's staff also run a series of exercise classes every day for Resort guests and Leisure Club Members. These are either held at the Windlestrae Hotel or at The Green Hotel, depending on the class type.
The exercise classes are run by Joanna Waz who has recently joined our Gravity Leisure Club team. Joanna is a level 4 qualified Gym instructor and, with over 15 years experience as an instructor and personal trainer, Joanna has the knowledge and credentials to deliver personal training to the highest standard. In the past, she has worked as an Instructor with a national Health club chain and has been contracted with both Fife and Perth & Kinross councils to supply fitness classes and personal training. In addition to having a successful fitness career, she has competed for her country as both an Alpine skier and Water skier. Most recently she has won World and European Gold medals for Water ski jump in her category. Her abilities and success as a sports woman are complemented by her warm and friendly personality.
